BENEFITS AND FEATURES
A long-term full repairing and insuring lease with a government registered UK social housing provider FRI lease (full repairs and insurance). All aspects of managing the property, including tenant placement, rent collection, and property maintenance are taken care of ensuring a seamless experience for our investors.
Guaranteed Rent (paid monthly by BACS when you hand over the keys). Secured rental yields. Our properties offer attractive yields of 10 - 12% NET through the social housing providers. They also track CPI, so investors have a safe and stable hedge against inflation.
Administration of licenses and certification administered by our team of experts. We ensure that our properties comply with the standards of quality as Is required by the regulation with the registered social housing provider lease agreements.
Council Tax and utilities paid.
NO void properties. Investors receive monthly income in accordance with the social housing provider’s contract. This means payment even if the property is between tenants.
NO Management Fees.
NO rent arrears or debt collection. Payments are met by the social housing provider.
All our properties are managed by in-house Housing and Maintenance Officers, supported by a team of administrators. Once again, the registered social housing provider is responsible for the day-to-day management.
As an investor, you hold the title deed - the property is entirely yours. You enjoy the monthly income, no landlord headaches, and have a tangible asset to underpin your investment.
